Until my experience with Everett Post and his team at Post Builders, I had resolved that no matter how good a contractor seemed to be, one would always have to endure some bad with the good. Everett Post changed that and set the bar that every other contractor should strive to achieve. Everett and his team replaced every single double-hung window on three floors and all of our french doors on two floors in our home. First, it was apparent from the beginning that Everett is an expert at his craft. He was knowledgeable and confident in his recommendations and at the same time listened to our needs and provided us options.
Once the work started, everything was on – on schedule, on budget, and right on the mark with the quality of materials and workmanship. Everett kept in constant communication and I always knew his daily schedule. If for any reason he had to deviate arrival or departure times, he would let me know. Everett and his team worked on his time, not my time so that our home would be ours when my wife and I came home from work. One of the most amazing aspects of his work is that except for the daily addition of new windows, it was hard to tell he was at the house. The crew left our home spotless every day they were there. The entire team showed a level of care and respect for our home that I had never seen before with a contractor.
While installing our kitchen french doors, Everett discovered some frame damage, gave me options and an estimate for repairing the damage and fixed it. He subsequently did not charge me for the additional work. In short, Everett and his team at Post Builders get an A+ for professionalism, quality of work, on time completion, and completing the job exactly on budget.

Post Builders is the best!!! They first replaced our windows on New Years Eve almost 10 years ago. They arrived early in the morning and we left them in our home and went out of town for 3 days because that is how capable, trust worthy, clean and professional they are.
